After 20 years of experience in renowned brands and particularly attracted by the codes of luxury, Guillemette Dormans, is a specialist in customer experience. She has a degree in Interior Design and Hotel Management, and an MBA in Luxury Management and Marketing. In addition, she is passionate about travel, aesthetics and design. A true expert in brand image management, Guillemette pays particular attention to details.
Guillemette began her career working with clients in the luxury hotel industry, notably at the Cour des Loges in Lyon, the Manapany Cottages Hotel in Saint Barthélémy and the Hôtel Plaza Athénée in Paris. She then continued her training in major hotel groups such as InterContinental, Radisson and Kempinski. It was at the Hotel Métropole Monte-Carlo, voted the world’s best Leading Hotels of the World in 2010, that she fine-tuned her vision of luxury.
In the course of her professional experiences, she has travelled all over the world. She has stayed in renowned establishments in Europe, North Africa, the United States and the Middle East. This has sharpened her critical eye on the quality of service, decoration and hospitality in general. Her multicultural background gives her an international relational ease.
As Director of Sales and Marketing at the Ritz-Carlton Hôtel de la Paix, Geneva, Guillemette repositioned and rebranded the establishment but also participated in the key renovation decisions taken by the Management Committee.
With Blossom Projects, Guillemette is now making her expertise available to prestigious brands in the staging of their customer experience. Her sense of observation and hospitality, her gift for anticipating needs and brand storytelling, as well as her emotional intelligence, are highly sought-after by the major names in retail, automotive and luxury goods of all kinds.
